Having worked together since 1995, Moises and Gary built a strong team of management and leaders for all aspects of restaurant service. Gary's kitchen crew has been together since the late 70s. A great team prepares hand made ravioli and pastas, fine pastry, and fresh smoked meats, and virtually all items are prepared in house daily. Other front of the house management and leaders have been with Moises and Gary many years. With catering as well as in house dining specialties, the team is flexible and always happy to serve our guests as well as one another. "Our pleasure to serve you" is old saying that is too often forgotten in our business. We are very appreciative of so many of our guests that have supported us and allowed us to serve them for so many years in so many venues. Thank you all for taking Harvest from a dream to a reality.
